Machne parts get damaged

I have purchased a godrej dreamwash washing machine 5 years back.. but after few weeks machine stopped functioning... when i have done complaint the dealer didn't send any mechanic for 3 months. after 3 months he told that the motor of yr machine has been damaged/ when i told him about replace he refused it, what should i do now? & he had not given me bill also. i have made full payment by cheques? so please suggest me what should i do now? please...
