Not Cooling & Swing not working

I parchased an ac from utilies engg. sector 35 chandigarh. when we installed that ac its swing is not working and cooling is not Satisfactory, Then i do complaint to service centre under complaint id is 284655, but there is no response from that side. i again do complaint under complaint id is 285104.

Again they do nothing. I am very fad up from this faulty product. please do need ful.
