This is a complaint against the worst service provided to me by the Philips service center or the so called helplines. The helplines themselves need some help as no excecutive ever answers you in any case at any time. And the service centers are in a state of despair with the worst service once could ever get.
I am feeling sorry and agitated that I bought this third class Go Gear Mp3 Player. It is nothing but a waste of money because it it lying withot head phones for past 1 month. Head phones are on for replacement and was due to get it in 1 week. But due the marvellous service of Philips India I havent yet received the headphones.
Now I have sweared not to cross a Philips showroom and not even look at the Philips products at other showroom. it's all bakwas. 100% Promotion and 0% Service.
