Govt services
Less balance amount shown as credit

Complaint No: TN0411092028 Dated 4.11.2009.

The gist of the problem is that while I was having around Rs.27/- (roughly.. not exactly), on 3.11. I had made an ER for Rs.110/- at 10:07:27 am from No.114657[Ref. No.274407281] and I received the credit particulars by SMS. On the same day evening, I made only one call to FFY No. costing 20 ps. and no other calls were made. To my surprise, the next day, when I dialed *123# to know the balance at credit, it showed only Rs.47. I had not activated any vas. I made a complaint as the no.given was: TN0411092028 Dated 4.11.2009 and I was told that the same will be enquired and result intimated within 24 hours time. On expiry of 24 hours time, I enquired about the fate of my complaint on 5.11.2009 at 11145 hrs (am) but I was informed that my complaint has been forwarded to the concerned then only and I will be informed about the result within 12 hours. I have so far not informed about anything regarding my complaint so far (it is 3.50 pm (6.11.2009) Getting the Customer Service over mobile is a very harder task as a lot of time I had to wait and it is very difficult to wait as I have to attend my usual official duties. Therefore, I am writing this with the hope that I may be able to get a proper answer and re-credit of the unusually deducted balance amount for which I have not made any call.

It may not be out of place to mention my bitter experience in making a complaint and seeking redressal of my voes with BSNL. Can I expect an early reply from you?

Thanking you, yours truly, Dinesan.
