I had bought an China mobile COSUN D88 and taken an Airtel prepaid connection on 28/02/08. Activated GPRS service but I could not connect the site. Contacted to 121 and they suggested that this mobile is not compatable and you have to buy an new mobile. So i planned to buy Spice D88 which I confirmed with 121 customer service. It was repeatedly confirmed to go ahesd and buy that Spice D88. Then also I could not get connected to the web, mobile office. I kept on contacting to 121 with no positive results. Finally I visited Chakala outlet and then Lower parel outlet and was told that this set is not compatable.

Now who is responsible for my daily deduction of my GPRS and Spice D88 phone was bought on 121 guidance.
