Sir I got a simcard by postal with out any request similar my landphone bsnl number. last 35 years I was out of india so I do not know gsm rule&regulation. As per imformation I paid all amount.then I filled very few amount as experieane other mobile companies activity

bussy driving time getting some call for tones or malayalam music. usuall we open our mobile

after few minites we can attend that call-results always dedecting my balance. I need telephone call&recive, message send&reccive that enough. Can you help me sir
