Attery not giving backup

My dear sir we are salling battery and inverter and my company give me good responce but some time the company has not response me so thats the rision our battery sale is effact and my kindly respect

we are saled out battery for invereter costomer but the battery not give backup

battery backup only 1.30 hour and battery has thre month old i am not understand whats the rision exide ind not except battery backup why boss we are selling truth bilive and you are saying lying in costomer

why are you giving battery warranty 36 month
