Inefficient service in Jammu

Dear Sir/madam,

We are readymade garment manufacturer in Bari Brahmna, Jammu. Our Company is ISO-9001

certified company. We are also national award winner. We also have 6 retail showrooms in Jammu with the name of Monalisa. But we are not getting proper service from Trackon in Bari Brahmna, Jammu. No body comes to collect courier from our factory.earlier it was not like that but now from 3 months we are facing hell of a problem. Can you look after to my complaint. We have supplies in all major cities in INDIA.Can you arrange some good agent who can give us a good service. My company address is:-
