Replacement of handset given with N 70 in Mobile expo

I am shocked to bring to your knowledge that I have recently purchased the N 70 Set from one of the stalls of rpg cellucom stalls at mobile expo held at Pragati maidan, new delhi on 2nd march. it is not working. i have been to their showrooms at faridabad twice but net result today is zero. Kindly advise.
