I am using the hathway broadband internet connection since 4 months (from October), upto now i harldy able to connect 15 to 20 days to the internet. I called them many times for connection, but no use. I sent them many mails to change my name spelling, because i can submit these bills in my office for reimbresment, but no use. finally i decided to disconnect the network and i called many times to the customer care and sent many mail to disconnect my connection, but they keeps on saying to send a mail to the hathway the n your connection will be disconnected. They are telling that if there is no internet connection, then also we have to send a mail the customer care.
