Its been 15 days since the time of taking connection in my home in mazgaon but still the net at my home isn't working. The technicians come and go but no improvement is seen Also when call the helpline they always take 15 mins god knows what they do?!
I am a new customer and this type of shit service they are giving. Any new users please be on guard by this company who says somethng and does something.
