Billing and disconnection fault

I am Manoj I had taken Hathway 128kbps quaterly plan in january by giving 1200 and at that point of time sales person told me that I can renew the plan and didnt tell me that after 3 months my monthly charge would be 500 rupees.

After completion of three months nobody intimated me that my plan is over and I should renew it or charges would be extra.

Now in the month of may they are telling me that my outstading bill is more that 1000. and even I didnt receive the bills every month.

Fine I was ready to pay it I mailed them to disconnect the connection and come to my place to collect the bill I even called the customer care. But no body came.

after that I shifted to new place and they are calling me and saying me to pay the bill the point of time when I had money I asked them to come nobody came Now I dont have money.

Can Anyone suggest me What can I do with this I have proof of mail which I had sent to them.
