SPORTS CHANNELS NOT WORKING

I have been using my hathway set top box from past 10 months. I got it installed from my cable operator Rose Rise Cable but suddenly on new year's eve the following channels were disconnected -:

1. Star Sports

2. ESPN

3. Star Cricket

4. Zee Cafe

5. Zee Studio

6. Zee News

7. Sahara

I have been registering complaints with them from for past 2 days but all they say is that there is some technical fault with these channels and these channels are working only in South Delhi.
