I am using Hathway Internet and my User Code is 360426. I take 128 Easyway Unlimited Plan from Hathway Internet in September. The download speed is very bad in this plan, if you take 128 Kbps Plan then download speed must be 128/8=16 Kbps, but my download speed is between 2-6 Kbps. This is very bad speed in 128 Kbps plan. I complaint many times in customer care but they don't give me satisfactory Answer. They said that our helpdesk Executive call you right now, but there is no call from helpdesk. After 15-20 Days I changed my plan, because I think that if I will changed my plan then speed will be good. But I was wrong. Now I am using 1024 Kbps Expressway Plan (1Mbps), but download speed is still 10-20 Kbps. I call many times in customer care for this problem, but I think they don't want to solve my problem. Everytime they said our helpdesk executive call you sir, but there is no call from him after long time gone. Many times they don't pickup the PHONE, this is not right. I think Hathway must take action on this, if they want to give good service to their Customers. In 1024 Kbps Expressway Plan, the download speed is 1024/8=128, But I got 10-20 Kbps download speed. If I got 10-20 Kbps speed in 1Mbps plan, sometimes the download speed is below 10 Kbps then I must say it is not good Internet Service provide by Hathway. I request to Hathway, please solve this problem because my plan is for 4 Months.
