Speed problem

Hi i m harsh mehta i have taken the net connection from hathway and i hav been taken the poalne for six months that to very high budget of plan from hathway but wat i was promised is not fullfilled i was info abt the speed that it will be 512 kb ps but here the speed they are providing is the same one wich the normal customers take the nominal plan and the speed they get from there is the same i get i m tired of complaning them again and again now finally i had to take a step now i m tired of complaining them and there is no action they hav taken on it so pls help me in this my hatway a.c no is 207907 pls guide me on this
