I Have purchased beanstalk computer in the fourth week of decmber 2007 from Thulasi Systems & soiutions, No 53 Flat No 1, Chellam Appartments First Avenue Ashok Nagar, Cchennai 600083. The cpu gets heated up to an extrordinary level and my Logitchk quick cma cd exploded and the pieces were removed by your custemercare center in chennai and they have changed the cd drive even after another cd got broken to three pieces the custemor care centre peaople are sying the heat is normal. I have made several complaints and I am receiving no proper resposne. Now the computer is not working properly and gets hand up after one hour of use. Having paid 3600 Rs for the computer it is not working satisfactorily.
The seller says that he will change the cabinet at the cost of Rs 1000.
It is manufacturing defect and why I should pay Rs 1000 and change the cabinet I wnat you to take immediate action and see the unit is changed with an ordinary unit.
