I purchased a Toshiba Satellite L310 on 20th August.

In september my laptop screen started flickering, so I contacted HCl, which is providing support for Toshiba Laptops.

on 16th october, i was told that Laptop LCD has to be changed and a order has to be placed for LCD.

They told me that they have placed a order for LCD and would call me in 10 days to change the LCD.

I never got a call from them. Meanwhile I worked with the flickering Laptop. And in November, the Laptop LCD flickering went beyond usable state. Finally in JAN I again visited their place. Same story about 10 days started. Waited till 1 FEB... still not a call from them.when I visited them on 2nd FEB I was told that LCD screen has STILL not arrived and will take two more days. Sumbitted my laptop on 2nd. I tried to followup the case, the service center people promised call backs but no call backs from their side.

Finally on 7th Feb I got the Laptop.

It worked fine but on 9th Feb I am still facing same issue.

I regret buying TOSHIBA and they have wasted my time and money
