Hcl service centre not responding

There are many service centre but the service is ne which ways slow of hcl firstly it took me around tenn days to get a working service number of a service centre first the distributor then the a landline number and then a mobile number where the opposite person ask's me how did i get this number and who gave it to me he took my complaint but from past two working week days no one came at my home for the work to be done

the main problem here is my hard disk is not responding and due to which my pc doesn't get started my internet money is going in vain my computer is in warranty period but then also im losing money
