Disconsidering of laptop problem

I give my laptop serial no-A084AX143127 (HCL-p28pdc) the hcl service center chandigarh on 14/10

my laptop is in warranty period .they do not take any action on my complaint.this is the worst case of disconsedring problem.there is small problem in its display.please take necessary action on my complaint.
