HCL
No sound

I purchase a HCL laptop in january. initially it works properly but after two months, the battery backup is not satisfying me. another problem in installing the audio driver... when i format my laptop, this problem occured. i think i make a big mistake in purchasing a hcl laptop.

help me in solving my problem... i m thankfull to that person.
