Before inducting in use..computer is Hanging frequently

This is Chandan... working in Air Force...

We have purchased many desktop in mass for our office use at Air Force Station, Chabua dibrugarh...

amongst the computer, one of the computer which sl no is 2093A1254643, is hanging... even we have not started working on that computer... In between computer stops working...

i think... there is some problem either in ur motherboard or in ur hard disk...

pls do the remedial action...
