Not Responding to compalint no.23c080041!!

I bought a HCL Desktop vide invoice no. ST/DEL/08-09/CB=286 dt.22.12.2008 with machine's No. AZ001097 S/N-A087AZ07. After Installation the Machine was failled to boot and the compalint was lodged with HCL Customer Care with No.23C080041.The engineer visited the place and put comments that the motherboard is corrupted and will replace it. How can I believe that a brand new machine I bought of a good brand will not create any other problem in future.

After Regular follow up with HCL People I am very disturbed. I am also sending mails on the e-mail id's designated for customers ([email protected]) but still nothing has been done. I also suffering with financial losses because it is already 10 days gone and the purpose was not fullfilled of mine.

I asked them for Replacing the Machine instead of repairing of the Motherboard.

Please suggest me the right way I feeling that the I am being cheated and harassed by the HCL Infosystem.
