Dear Sir,
I have purchased a computer fron HCL on dt. 05/04/08. SerielNo. 1087AZ122010 Which is under three years warrenty. On dt.14 May09 my PC got the problem in powersupply and mother In this regard I called HCL Engineer and he finally lodged the call No.49090141 on 24/09/09.
He (HCL Engineer Mr Manoj) pick the mother board from my PC for repair.but he donot come back again. There is no any mother board in my PC. I send mails more than four times to CEO (Mr. Ajit Chaudhary) HCL customer care. [email protected], [email protected] [email protected] (No action was taken by anyone)
Sir, regarding my problem, I called many times at customer caare center and Hcl Head Office and Noida factory, but they have not given any answer and response.
Pls. Help me to resolve the problem asap as it is passed more than three months
I requesting to you again pls. Take care my complaint and solved it on priority.
