Driver problem

My hcl laptop serial number 9053A1188528 (HCL infinity powelite 6005), in this im not getting sound, the sound drivers are installed properly and im not getting the sound..., also not getting graphics, the o s is windows x p..., laptop motherbaord driver cd not get till there.what can i do for this... please give any solotion
