DEAR SIR,
MY FATHER BOUGHT ME A LAPTOP AB-10 CAMPRO ITEM NO:-A064AX170845 WITH HIS HARDLY INVESTED MONEY FOR MY HIGHER STUDIES, BUT IT STARTED GIVING PROBLEMS SUCH AS HANGING, GETTING OFF AFTER HEATING FREQUENTLY WHICH LATER TURNED ON TO PROBLEM IN MOTHERBOARD, DVD WRITER PROBLEM .SINCE THE VERY BEGINING I HAD BEEN COMPLAINING TO THE HCL SERVICE CENTRES IN ALLAHABAD AND KANPUR .THE SERVICE PROVIDED BY THE SERVICE CENTRES IS NOT UPTO THE MARK AND VERY DISATISFACTORY IT HAS BEEN UPTO MORE THAN 10-15 TIMES .I GOT MY SERVICE WARRANTY EXTENDED BUT EVEN I AM NOT SATISFIED .I GAVE MY LAPTOP TO THE SERVICE CENTRES BUT THE PROBLEM COULD NOT BE REMOVED YET, EVEN THE SERVICE CENTRES TAKE MUCH MORE TIME SUCH AS 10 -12 DAYS AND HAS TO BE RE SUBMITTED REGARDING ANOTHER PROBLEM THE ASSEMBLING OF THE LAPTOP IS NOT DONE PROPERLY EVEN.
I AM HIGHLY DISSATISFIED TO SUCH AN EXTENT THAT I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND HCL LAPTOP EVEN TO MY ENEMY .I OFTEN THINK THAT I WASTED MY MONEY BUYING IT AS IT HAS TO BE SUBMITTED TO THE SERVICE CENTRES OFTEN AND EVEN THEN I GET POOR PERFORMANCE.INSPITE OF HELPING IN MY STUDIES IT RUINED IT CAUSING SHAME DURING FAILURES DURING PRESENTATIONS AND TIME OF REQUIREMENTS. KINDLY TAKE QUICK AND SEVERE ACTIONS AND REPLACE IT, OTHER WISE I WOULD HAVE NO OPTIONS LEFT EXCEPT LODGING A CASE IN CONSUMER FORUM .KINDLY TAKE QUICK ACTIONS REGARDING THE SAME.
