HCL Laptop AX0H2601
System was too slow & Parts not available

Hi,

I bought a HCL Laptop AX0H2601 through Jumbo Electronics Corporation Pvt. Ltd., New Delhi on 19-05. Hardly I used this computer for one week. The system was too slow. When I checked, I found bad sectors in harddisk & not installed proper softwares. I gave the laptop for service to Jumbo Electronics Corporation Pvt. Ltd., but problem not sortout. My Laptop's External Adapter not work on dated 20-06-08, I call to your Helpline on friday, they provide service center Telephone number & address: DIGI LIFE STORE, Shop No. 1/2, Ground Floor Building No.252, Nazar Singh Place, Sant Nagar, East of Kailash, Delhi, and another address is F-1 Sector-8, Noida. Contact Person of both side is Mr. Manpreet. Whenever i call them, I get an answer, "The part is not in our stock." we provide Adapter on Monday, but when i call on Monday, he reply parts not available. Why HCL company's use given below lines on site or advetisement:-
