I purchased my Laptop on 5/11 for Rs.37, 500.Its warranty is expired but i have extended warranty till 4/11.The problem which I m facing is that when i do voice chat using Yahoo messenger my voice is clear to the other person but his voice to us is very less. I hav checked all my settings. I showed it to HCL Service Center, Karnal (Haryana). They said i need to install my Windows again. I did that but there is no improvement.
