Blurry/Distroted Graphics

Hi,

using this laptop from last month and facing this problem. while using the internet all graphics/images are blurry/distroted on all web browsers.

as per the discussion with HCL dealer and HCL service center they said download java runtime environment but still facing the problem.

i m using window xp pro service pack2.

please email any solution.

let me know what is this issue, any solution
