Sallary issue

I was the client of this company . i was working there from 09 July to 17 august. i got the salary of my 09 July to 31 august. after that suddenly i was not able to come due to my health issues. and i leave that office but on 02/11 when i go to intelnet global services for my salary they asked me that i have to submit my i card when i submit my i card they asked me wait but iam waiting for them 03 hrs no body will be there to help . now what should i have to do get my salary back
