Your sincerly, I purchesed hcl laptop in the month of 12 jun which machie sr.no.3094AX294955 and the product code is AX0B3841.but before three week the left side speaker is damage and not working.i was call many times in custumer care no. but nobody attend my call so please give me a solution to servicing my laptop. vaish khan
