Battary replace ment

I am a student of SCS college of Pharmacy Harapanahalli. The hcl branch of Hubli provide laptop for M.Pharm students in our college. I am an M.Pharm student. They says the company offering on site warranty and replacement warrenty. But their aftersale service is "very bad". My laptop Battary not working and i given this to hcl office Hubli for replacement before 1 month before but still i didnt get my laptop back.
