Anti virus infection

Dear Sir/Madam,

I had purchased HCL 3.0 Dual Core 512MB RAM 160GB SATA disk with DVD writer PC from Columbia Computers, Ludhiana on 17.11.07. They have installed anti virus which is not working properly and now my computer is infected with virus. You are requested to kindly advice your customer care representative to rectify the same.
