Laptop not start

I had given my laptop2 months before for solving the problem my laptop not go in to bios that time u r tech engg. told u r hdd is crash, ok they gave me laptop after 3 months with windows vista.

after 2-3 days same problem occur & my warrenty period is over what can i do?
