I have done transaction on makemytrip and used code HDFCTRAVEL to make booking as I was using HDFC bank card. The booking was done on 5 NOV and as per site the credit is done in 7 days. I called up HDFC customer care and registered a complaint on 13 Nov 09 and compaint no was (09317082687). I have been following with them for almost 10 days and no body called back only 48 hrs time is taken everytime. today I was given to understand that Makemytrip says taht i have not used the code. now no one is taking reponsibility and the amount is Rs 2025 that has to be refunded.
