It is since 9th Sept.2009 we are neither getting our Pass Book UPDATED nor getting any printed statements due to the PRINTER is out of order in HDFC BANK, LAKE TOWN Br., KOLKATA.
It is amazing that why you can not install a new printer or get the old one repaired by this long time span?!?!?!
