Reducing Percentage of Interset

I am Bir Kamal Singh S/o Late S. Sukhjit Singh from Distt - Jalandhar, State - Punjab. I registered a Recurring Deposit (RD) No. (110811000000888) in HDFC Bank, Model Town, Jalandhar on 23 April (that time the name of Bank was Centurian Bank of Punjab). Employee of the Bank (Balpreet Singh) told me & shown me the rate of interest list in their Computer, that I will get after maturing RD with 8.75% for 1 year 16 days (in 12 installment). Now after maturing my RD they are giving me 6.75 % rate of interest. They are telling me, that rate of interest was only for FDR. But I never enquired them regarding FDR.

I am going to the Branch from last 2 months, but not any single suitable solution received from their side. Grievance. Redressal Department given me the number of Veenu Chopra, But he is not receiving my phone. Balpreet, who is now transferred in Phagwara Branch also not receiving my phone.

Now I want my Maturing Amount with 8.75 % interest rate, As well as 2 months delay amount also.

You people try to cheat with the customer's for Rs.500-1500/- Very Shameful, Wrong Commitments.
