Double payment non coverage

Dear Sir,

Ref: Policy No: HCP-81000003964

This is with reference to your above policy, we would like to inform you that on 6th Nov.09 we had made payment by credit card RS.8, 730=00.

Again on 10-11-09, phone came from your office saying that payment is not received, and insisted for payment of Rs.8, 730=00 as policy is getting expire on 12-11-09.

So we have made again payment by credit card on 10-11-09 for Rs.8, 730=00.

Now on checking statement from S.B.I. it is found that payment is made twice for above transaction.

Also your Representative had informed us to cover insurance for misuse of credit card but in this policy nothing is mentioned for this. Also you have not mentioned about 5 % additional coverage above sum assured after Renewal.

Being such a reputed company why you are doing such cheating business?

We request you to refund Rs. 8, 730=00 immidiately with interest.
