I purchase a Hero Cycle - make: DTB- Frame No: 11383341 from Mohan Cycle Works, the cycle came with bend chasis. On contacting the dealer (Mohan Cycle Works) he informed that he couldn't do anything,

I would request you to take a proper step to resolve my query. Since this is giving a bad name to your company.
