Gears not functioning properly

I have purchased hero honda hunk las year december fromSHINGLA AUTOMOBILES, SECTOR 7, DWARKA .NEW DELHI.From the very first ride i found difficulty in changing the gears. i told the dealear bout this. he told me that with some km of ride this will go normal. wen i went 4 my first servicing i noted down this complaint they told me ok we will look in to it. but aftr servicing the problem was the same. i told the service station incharge he told me no its ok. i again went 2 dealer, he told me u go 2 service station n i will tell them 2 rectify it. i went there but wat that service station incharge told me the way u apply gear is not correct, neither of there foreman nor he himself are cooperative . and teling me unnessary arguments
