I am a Kerala Govt. employee and a Hero Honda customer having Hero Honda Passion Plus bearing engine No. HA10EB8GM13378 and chassis No. MBLHA10EL8GM10202I brought the vehicle from M/s. Royal Automobiles, Elampalloor, Kundara, kollam Dist.. The bike have a complaint that it is skidding while braking (single/both). Some times it is skidding about 90 degree and above mostly upon 3rd or Top gear. I brought the matter to the notice of Hero Honda supervisor, Royal Automobiles during 1st and 2nd services. But no positive result was obtained. Hence I took the vehicle to M/s. JCT Motors one of authorized Hero Honda dealer in Thiruvananthapuram District. The supervisor prescribed to check Wheel alignment, air pressure and rotation of the tyres. But it was of no use and the complaint is getting worse day by day.
Now it is rainy season in Kerala and I am not able to use the vehicle un alarmingly due to these reasons.
I also inform you that I am a mechanical diploma holder having lot of experience in automobile field. I have a valid driving license to drive motor cycles, LMV, 3 Wheelers, HPV and HGV and riding all kind of vehicles especially all kind of motor cycles since 2001.
