Hi,

This is to inform you that i (passport no:99M19C00862) have been kept on hold for almost 10 months to receive my gift (Tool Kit) n still now i have not received the same. Now the Passport Executive says that the gifts has been changed and now he has decided to give me the new gift as per the revised gifts but i would like to have the Tool Kit as it was entitled for me when i had the reward points (10000) i m not ready to accept the new one as it was no fault of mine, the blame goes to the Executive who had kept me on hold for no stock.
