I gave my scooter, Hero Honda pleasure, for repair at Millenium Motors, Bangalore. My scooter number is KA51 R 9709. I gave this on 25/7. Job card number is 2676. A few plastic parts were to be replaced. Now it is more than 1 month has passed. The service center has not replaced the parts. They also sent me a SMS that scooter has been repaired. When I reached the service center, the parts were not replaced. I have to go back again. There is very poor response from the service center. There is no one who can give a satisfactory answer as when the scooter will be delivered. I only have to search and call the people there. When contacted, they say that parts are not available even with Hero Honda.

Has Hero Honda stopped the production?

How can it be possible that parts are not available when hero honda is producing and selling millions of bikes?

Is this the kind of service we expect from a company like Hero Honda?

As a customer, I am really tired now and do not know what to do. Without scooter, we are facing a lot of problems. My wife has to use auto every day and it is costing a lot

I am now seriously thinking of registering a complaint with consumer court
