Onlint refund not credited to account

Dear Sir,

That on the midnight of 30th April through e-booking

two tickets were booked in the name BHANU PRAKASH N in KSRTC Rajahamsa

executive for Mercara scheduled to be left Bangalore at 9.30 AM on

1/05 and also for return journey to Bangalore from Mercara

scheduled to be left at 12:30 PM on 3/05 vide reference number

OB1023411. Immediately, i found that a sum of Rs 1060 /- has been

debited to my credit card number 4629 8642 8686 0004 and I have been

conveyed with the message to the said effect from my banker ICICI. But

when I tried to board the bus at 9:30 AM on 1/05 I was told that

seats are not booked. In that circumstance we had to travel by

purchasing 2 tickets.

As no seats were booked through internet and I have

paid for our journey, I request to kindly refund the amount of Rs

1060/- early to my credit card number.

It has been nearly 20 days but i have not got any reply till now.

Note - Initial refund mail was sent from the email id - [email protected] since i had limited access to internet.
