the sales man of hilti india sales me a concerete breaker to bemolish salvage of my slided home but it fail to do so in presence of rohit mankotia sales &engg. of hilti india .he also confess that the machine is not match for job & assure me to retun back my amount 75000 after resale or return back it. i purchased it on oct.2008 .he failed to keep his word his bossamit also talk to me he says that it is not possible to return sale because the company isfrom switzer land. it is not possible in SAP system. kindly suggrst me what should i do. I M SUFERRRING FOR LAST 6 MONTH
