Battery replacement

Hi,

I'd two Pure IT, out of which one has cracked and the other requires battery replacement. Calling up the sales executive and toll free number for last 2 months, nobody turns up. For battery they are constantly telling that it's not in their stock. Then why such products are sold in the market by a rewoned companty like Unilever.
