I have puchase the above mentioed product like your sales reprensentative near about 2 months ago. But last 25.05.09 I have done a complain over phone vide register no. 091140484 and my customer ID 1927208923.
Than today your service tech persons visit the same as per complain and said that battery was fully damegd and he suggest to replace the battery kit and cost of rs.550/- approx.
I would request you to kindly changed my battery kit free of cost or replace the new filter.
