Sub: Transfer of refunds – Exemption under Para 27 of EPF Scheme 1952.

Dear Sir,

Please find enclosed photocopies of letter no. FIN: MDS: PAY of March 19, 1990 from Accounts officer of HPCL refinery along with your letter no. MH/1334/Exm.(27)/JK/194 of 28-7-87.

I was an employee of HPCL refinery having employee no. 003089 & was a member of EPF scheme having A/C no. MH/1334/1609. I was separated from HPCL in 9/90 but till date have not received payment of above mentioned fund.

Please let me know if these funds were transferred to HPCL or not. If it was transferred please forward a copy of letter showing transfer.
