Reg: 2 year Subscription period

Dear Sir, I have paid Rs. 195 for newspaper subscription for 2 years by cheque No. 427141 on 12.09.2007 and they issued me a coupon for 1 year upto 31.08.2008 and said that next year they will sent me another 1 year coupons. But they have not issued me the coupons from 1st Sept. 08. When contacted at several times they promised to send the coupons, but till today they have failed.
