Non-delivery of Hindustan Times despite 2 years annual subscription

Dear Sir/Madam,

With reference to the above subject, Hindustan Times, stopped issuing newspaper at the above address since March by the Vendor. The HT staff is quite unco-operative in solving the issue and there is great nexus between Circulation Dept. staff and vendor and they are not ready and willing to solve this issue despite several attempt and follow up.

Kindly direct the HT media Mumbai to put the newspaper for the remaining one year and also pass necessary compensation for the agony I have had face due to the mishandling by the staff.
