Coupon Problem by newspaper vendor and forced to change to other newspape

Respected sir,

I have been a patron customer since inception of hindustan times newspaper (Mumbai). But it is very sad on my part to inform you that the quality of service is now at the lowest levels.

The vendors behave like they are the owners of the company and have right to dictate us. My daily delivery boy took my full coupon book saying that vendor association has decided they themselves will fill the coupon and send to the company. His promise lasted for few months but now he does not give delivery of newspaper and when we (many others are facing same problem) ask - boss when you gave me the coupon book? who are you? talk to my owner... and so on are the replies given...

Please look into the matter as matter as many of your patron customers including me will soon shift to TIMES OF INDIA if these service levels remain the same...
